🔻 Manchester City vs Brentford EPL Li.ve Today Full Match 2024 HD (1-1)

Reigning EPL champions Man City return from the International break with a potentially tricky home fixture against in-form Brentford on Saturday.

With three wins from three Pep Guardiola's side already look in unstoppable form. That's in no small part thanks to the seemingly unplayable Erling Harland, with the Norwegian goal machine having hit hat tricks in each of City's opening trio of fixtures.

Hoping to derail the hosts perfect start to the season are a Brentford side that have a decent track record of rising to the occasion when up against City, with the West London side having come out on top in two of their last six meetings.

Man City starting lineup

Ederson - Walker, Stones, Akanji - Lewis, Kovacic, De Bruyne, Gundogan - Savinho, Grealish, Haaland

Brentford starting lineup

Flekken - Ajer, Van den Berg, Pinnock, Collins - Norgaard, Janelt, Damsgaard - Mbeumo, Wissa, Lewis-Potter

The Bees strong start to the season has seen them claim wins over Crystal Palace and Southampton. Those victories were sandwiched between a defeat against Liverpool away at Anfield where the west Londoners gave a good account of themselves, and Thomas Frank's side will likely be up for pitting their wits against another title contender once again today.

Man City play Brentford on Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Etihad Stadium. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. BST local time, making it a 10 a.m. ET or 7 a.m. PT start in the US and Canada and a 12 a.m. AEST kickoff in the early hours of Sunday in Australia.

Manchester City’s near-perfect start to the Premier League season meets schedule congestion as the club return from the international break and host Brentford on Saturday prior to the start of the UEFA Champions League

Thomas Frank’s Brentford continue to be among the Premier League’s most entertaining entities despite the sale of Ivan Toney to Al Ahli of the Saudi Pro League.

They’ve won two matches, both a home, while losing to Liverpool at Anfield. Saturday brings a chance to deliver a win over a huge side and shake up the Premier League title race.
